Accessories
🗹 For accessories, the advance amount is totally not refundable.
🗹 Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.
🗹 If the customer informs us before shipping the product then he will be able to change the product but he will not be able to take the money back facility.
🗹 If we ship the product and after that, the customer wants to cancel the product, we will not give any refund and also the customer will not be able to change to another product.
🗹 If anyhow the customer receives the product and wants to change to another product (Before opening) we will change the product for him if he brings the product to us within 48hours.
🗹 Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for a refund within 10 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

The procedure for a Device Refund
🗹 Outside Dhaka: If the customer informs us to cancel the order after shipping, then BDT. 1000 will be taken as a penalty and he will not get any refund facility and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.
🗹 Inside Dhaka: If the customer cancels the order after shipping the product, then BDT. 500 will be deducted from his advance amount as a penalty and he’ll be able to take any other product with his balance amount.
🗹 If the customer wants to cancel the order before shipping, then he will be able to take any other product by the advance amount but he will not be able to take a refund.
🗹 Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.
🗹 Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for a refund within 10 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

The refund process for an online gateway payment
🗹 If the payment is completed through the online gateway then the refund will be provided from the same channel using which the customer has paid.
🗹 If the Customer wants an instant refund (within 24 hours) after completing the payment through the online gateway He/She will only get the product price as a refund. RM Trading International will not take any liability for the online gateway / EMI charge.

What is the Refund Mode?
🗹 We will provide the refund using the exact same channel using which the customers paid. 

Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?
🗹 If you prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service. We will evaluate and guide you for the next steps.
🗹 If RM Trading International fails to deliver a product after confirming the order due to market unavailability, RM Trading International will refund the payment within 7 to 10 working Days.  
🗹 Customers will only get the product price as refund (website price). RM Trading International will not take any liability of any online gateway charge.

🗹 এক্সেসরিস এর ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে অফেরত যোগ্য ।
🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পুর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।
🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।
🗹 অর্ডার করার ৪৮ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৪৮ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

ডিভাইস
🗹 ঢাকা এর বাহিরে – যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার করা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট থেকে ১০০০ টাকা কুরিয়ার বাবদ কর্তন করা হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট টাকা থেকে তিনি অন্য কোনো প্রোডাক্ট নিতে পারবেন।
🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 ঢাকা এর ভিতর – যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার করা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট থেকে ৫০০ টাকা কুরিয়ার বাবদ কর্তন করা হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট টাকা থেকে তিনি অন্য কোনো প্রোডাক্ট নিতে পারবেন।
🗹 যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পুর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।
🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।
🗹 অর্ডার করার ১০ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ১০ দিন অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

অনলাইন গেটওয়ে পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে
🗹 কাস্টমার যদি SSL Comm. অনলাইন গেটওয়ে এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্য করে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে SSL Comm. এর রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।
🗹 যদি কাস্টমার তাৎক্ষণিক (২৪ ঘন্টা এর মধ্যে)  রিফান্ড নিতে চান সেখত্রে RM Trading International থেকে শুধুমাত্র প্রোডাক্ট এর মুল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে। অনলাইন গেটওয়ে চার্জ এর কোনো দায়বদ্ধতা RM Trading International বহন করবে না।

রিফান্ড এর অপশন কি?
🗹 গ্রাহকরা যে চ্যানেলটি ব্যবহার করে অর্থ প্রদান করবেন  আমরা সেই চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে অর্থ প্রদান করব। 

আপনি কি রিফান্ড এর পরিবর্তে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন?
🗹 যদি আপনি রিফান্ড এর পরিবর্তে কোন প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
🗹 অর্ডার গ্রহন এর পর মার্কেট এ প্রোডাক্ট না থাকার কারনে RM Trading International প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভার করতে ব্যার্থ হলে কাস্টমার কে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 এক্ষেত্রে অনলাইন গেটওয়ে চার্জ কিংবা ব্যাংক চার্জ ফেরত পাবে না শুধু ওয়েবসাইট এ প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের নগদ যে মূল্য সেটিই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
